Graphic design, outdoor and indoor signage

As part of the revamp of its visitor route, the Centre des Monuments Nationaux commissioned Agent M to redesign the signage at Salses Fortress, with the aim of making the visitor experience more accessible to all.

Agent M designed signage elements that blend seamlessly into the monument, thanks to a choice of materials and a design in harmony with the site and its history.
Pictograms were created specifically for the fortress, using the ‘Infini’ typeface, inspired by the lettering carved into the stone.
The new signage, available in several languages, is complemented by illustrated interpretative displays. These help visitors to better understand the different areas of the monument. With this new signage, Salses Fortress offers a clearer, more enjoyable and more accessible visitor experience for everyone.
