Design and creation of the interior and parking lot signage

In/Out, is a 35,000 sq. m 7-storey office building situated at Boulogne-Billancourt. Agent M oversaw the design and creation of the interior and parking lot signage. As part of this large-scale project, we designed a specific system of bespoke pictograms. For the outdoor signage we used orientation signs made of brushed metal as a throwback to the industrial past of the site. These are set along the route and supported by specifically designed signposts. Inside the building, the signage is sober, elegant, and minimalist. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with the interior architecture designed by Jouin Manku. Following the curve of the walls and blending in with the partitions and ceilings via a system of invisible fixing, the signage  smoothly accompanies and guides the visitors. For the parking lots (5 levels and landings), Agent M placed the emphasis on readability: the pedestrian path adopts the building’s bright yellow colour code to ensure optimal legibility, the typography and pictograms were reworked on a large scale for the walls and doors to ensure maximum visibility, without compromising the character and refinement that confers its uniqueness to the project.
